Items can be hired from Friday - Sunday (or Monday if the event is on Sunday) 

We try not to do pick ups on Saturday as it’s very busy! 

Most of our event set ups are Friday, Saturday and Sunday and the usual hired timeframes for set ups are the times your event is on plus how long it takes to set up/pack down!

All our latex balloons come with a substance called hi-float for no extra charge - this makes the latex balloons last longer. 

Latex balloons will last 3-7 days (sometimes longer!)

Foil balloons will last 2-5 days (depending on size) but the hi-float does not go into the foils!

At the moment we are servicing within 50kms of Kingston, TAS.
Please feel free to ask us if we have availability for set ups outside this area and we will try our best to accommodate.

Yes there is now a refundable bond on ALL hired items, whether it is picked up or set up.
The bond is $50-$100 depending what you hire and is returned to you once you returned the items in the condition it was collected in. 

The bond is paid with the non-refundable 20% deposit when placing an order. Please see our Terms and Conditions for more information. 

Of course, life happens. If you need to cancel your order,  it must be in writing. 20% of all orders are non refundable.  If cancelling up to 7 days before the event 80% is refunded. If cancelling within 7 days, 50% is refunded. Please see the Terms and Conditions for more information. 

Short answer is no. We provide high quality, long lasting biodegradable balloons and have a huge supply of colours and if we do not have your colour we will try our best to source it. We will only book orders using our own balloons. We do not use double stuffed balloons.
