Beni Balloons reserves the right to modify any of the Terms and Conditions, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy at any time.
Ordering
Ordering can be done through the websites "Contact Us" button or through direct email at nicole@beniballoons.com.au, please send through as much information as possible. We will reply within 24 hours to your enquiry.
Payment
To secure your chosen and agreed upon date, 20% of the booking amount and the bond is due once an invoice has been sent. The remainder of the invoice is due 7 days before the event. Cash payments are NOT accepted.
Bond
From January 1st 2024, all orders placed will have a bond taken on all hired items. This amount will range from $50-$100 depending on hired amount and quantity.
This amount is added to the total of your order and is due with your 20% deposit. You will receive your bond back on return of the hired items in the condition they were set up in.
Loss or Damage
Beni Balloons will always own the signs, hired products including dried florals, easels and other signage including some balloons. If any item is damaged or lost, it is up to the client to notify Beni Balloons immediately. The client will then agree to reimburse Beni Balloons for all products lost or damaged.
The reimbursement can be paid in bank transfer.
Beni Balloons asks that no props or set ups are to be moved once set up is in the agreed location to prevent any future damages.
Cleaning
Beni Balloons asks that no props are to be cleaned by the client hiring them out and if they are damaged by cleaning products used by the client, this will come under the above section; Loss or Damage. If an item is soiled, please notify Beni Balloons immediately.
Hire Period
Current hire period if picked up is Friday-Sunday with pick up/drop off from our location in Kingston, TAS
(please advise if you need a different hire period so we can try our best to accommodate).
By making a booking through the booking form or through email with a deposit paid, remittance of funds and agreed event date you have agreed to these Terms and Conditions outlined by Beni Balloons.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations can be made in writing to Beni Balloons only.
Your 20% deposit is forfeited if you need to cancel at anytime, this is to cover anything already ordered and the time taken.
80% of your order is refunded if cancelled 7 days prior (this is minus the 20% deposit).
If cancelling 7 days before the event you will receive 50% of your order refunded.
